Data Deletion

If you want to delete the data associated with your Clon Pilot account, including any connected social media accounts and access tokens, you can do so in one of the following ways.
1. Disconnect a social media account
Go to your project Settings, open the tab of the connected platform (Meta for Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok), and click “Disconnect”. This immediately removes the stored access tokens for that account, and Clon Pilot can no longer read from or publish to it.
2. Delete your entire account
Contact us at admin@urbicode.com requesting full account deletion. We will permanently delete all your personal data and connected account information within 30 days.
